Theses · Der Softwaremarkt steht Kopf

- Jede erfolgreiche Avantgarde arbeitet an ihrer eigenen Auflösung.
- Many product ideas in companies never failed. They were simply too expensive to try out.
- Anyone who uses AI coding only to program faster is using the smaller part of it.
- A fixed price for a new product is a bet that you know in advance what you only learn while building.
- The longest feature list is the worst start for a new product.
- A project that is stopped after one week can be the most successful of the year.
- When code becomes cheap, good judgement becomes expensive.
- If you do not own the source code after a software project, you have rented software.
- Complexity is not a mark of quality. AI just makes it cheaper.
- For new products, the detailed specification is an elaborate form of guessing.
- My platform is built with AI and contains not a single AI function. That is not a contradiction.
- If all you need is more developer hours, I am the wrong choice.
- Quality comes from selection, not from the number of options. Art is where I learn that.
- A click-through prototype shows what a product could look like. It does not show whether it works.
- Speed alone does not make a good product. It only increases the number of ways you can get lost.
- Anyone who changes priorities in the middle of development is not planning badly. They have learned something.
- Solving every problem with the same technology is not a technology. It is a habit.
