- Kontext bilden, um die Ecke denken, Verbindungen sehen, die vorher niemand gesehen hat: Das ist der Hauptberuf eines Künstlers.

- Der Softwaremarkt steht Kopf. Wer nur programmieren kann, verliert gerade seinen Wert.
- Mini-Apps sind nicht die Revolution. Die Revolution ist, dass sich Enterprise-Software jetzt mit Produkterfahrung und KI bauen lässt.
- 40 Jahre Sackgassen sind kein Ballast. Mit KI werden sie zum Abkürzungsverzeichnis.
- Wer mit KI seine erste App baut, freut sich zu Recht. Wer 40 Jahre Produkte gebaut hat, baut damit etwas anderes.

Learn early instead of committing early
- Many product ideas in companies never failed. They were simply too expensive to try out.

Experience × AI coding
- Anyone who uses AI coding only to program faster is using the smaller part of it.

- Speed alone does not make a good product. It only increases the number of ways you can get lost.
Development time instead of feature scope
- A fixed price for a new product is a bet that you know in advance what you only learn while building.

- If all you need is more developer hours, I am the wrong choice.
- Anyone who changes priorities in the middle of development is not planning badly. They have learned something.
