Impact4Shape
Identical parameters, identical image: art as a reproducible system.
What it is
Impact4Shape generates geometric image and motion structures from rules: circle, square, triangle on several layers, transformed in nested ways, with a Motion Alphabet of opposing principles of movement. A single parameter set gives rise to an entire visual system.
The spark
Concrete and kinetic art work with rules rather than chance. For a software developer, this attitude comes naturally – analytical, ordering, architectural.
The question: can it be translated into a tool that generates series and variants without losing its rigour?
What was built with AI
Built with AI:
- layer and group systems with symmetry, rotation and spatial distribution
- colour palettes, gradients, transparency, outlines and corner radii
- the Motion Alphabet: directions, tempos and offsets as rhythmic structure
- variants from the current state, a library, export as a scene of its own
- a rule engine made of native grammar in C++ and a scripting layer
What only experience decides
Reproducibility is a product decision: if you want to find a variant again, compare it and develop it further, you need determinism instead of chance.
And the decision not to build a drawing program but a tool for systems turns an image idea into a series.

What a company gains
Brand motion, generative patterns for packaging and space, content for screens and displays: wherever design is meant to be produced in series and still remain recognisable, the same principle holds.
